The processing of XGPT AI Token user data will be conducted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and, to the extent applicable, under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). XGPT AI Token places utmost importance on the privacy and data security of its users and complies with the requirements for the protection of personal data in accordance with the current legislation. All personal data collected from users are stored on servers accessible only through a VPN connection by authorized personnel. XGPT AI Token securely stores the data provided by you for the duration specified in the relevant legislation and takes all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to or collection of the shared information, as required by the GDPR and applicable laws.
